Privacy Notice

Who we are

Option Core is a Florida sole proprietorship operating this waitlist. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@optioncoreglobal.com.

Information collected

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, experience and language preferences, consent choices, signup dates, and source or referral information. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs.

How we use information

We use this information to manage the waitlist, send requested confirmations and updates, understand signup sources, credit referrals, prevent abuse, and respond to requests. We currently do not send SMS messages. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in text marketing.

Service providers and referrals

Cloudflare supports hosting and Turnstile security; OpenAI Sites supports the website and signed-in administration; Brevo supports email delivery and related records. Email records can include delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, and, when enabled, open or click events. These providers process information needed for their services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Referral links identify who referred a signup. Subscriber details are visible only through our private administration, not to referrers. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service.

Cookies and browser storage

Browser storage remembers your page language, initial signup source, most recent tagged source link, and most recent personal referral. Source and referral attribution last up to 30 days on that browser. A random cookie can remember your joined status for up to 180 days. Security services may use additional technical storage. Clearing or blocking storage may reset preferences and attribution. We currently do not load advertising analytics scripts.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for waitlist operation and as needed for security, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. We may keep a minimal unsubscribe record to respect your choice. Unsubscribing stops marketing; it does not automatically erase every record.

Use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify a request and retain limited information where necessary. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We update this notice when our practices change.
